tough up or get out. I know i'm suppose to study now, but i just can't. There are thoughts and feelings stopping me from being happy. They said that what you see is what you get. I fear that it might be true, because not anyone can see the real pain that's burning inside us. I see people, friends around me and i think to myself, why is this all happening? Why are there so much hurt and pain to suffer when we can all just be normal and happy? Why is it that we try so hard to fit in but it does not work out? All these questions left unanswered and all we can do is wait and try our very best to just live life and hoping that we will succeed and be happy. Genuinely Happy. There you are, In the room filled with people who talks shit and acts cool You feel like you don't belong You look around you and all you can see is happiness You feel like you're alone and restless You feel that you don't belong there You just want to run away and hide Terrified of being seen or heard You suffocate in the room and you sit far from the people you want to be with Your confidence all torn apart And that person who you adore fades from your sight You want to scream you want to cry All you ever wanted was to fit in but when i look at you, i see hope and joy And you don't have to try to be what you think you want to be You're already there All you have to do is live life to the fullest You may not be like them, all beautiful and ready for the spotlight But you surely have the heart to be strong Times like this, my friend I must say You are what you are and you do what you have to do Be what's right and seek goodness Not seek the attention of others And when you gather people around to tell your tale they look at you and your shoes And they tell you, they wouldn't miss it for the world to be you. So, Let's trade shoes before you share your tale of sorrow and pain And we will face the rocky roads and bumpy trails together No matter how long the journey is. 6:41 PM
